Henkei Shoujo: Haru

Haru is the main protagonist of a little series called Henkei Shoujo which is an anime that would come out later this year, Haru can transform into a fighter jet trying to bring back the girls hat that flew in the wind.

I think Henkei Shoujo was suppose to be like a combination between Transformers and Kancolle.
